Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site: landowners, town officials, operators, and investors alike. Our conformance target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we have implemented

• Semantic landmarks (navigation, main content, footer) and a skip-to-content link on every page.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons, and every form control.
• Form fields with real, programmatic labels; status and error messages announced to assistive technology.
• Reduced-motion support: animations resolve to a still, complete state when your system asks for less motion.
• Content that works without JavaScript, including our contact forms.
• No tracking cookies and no third-party trackers, so no consent walls stand between you and the content.

Known limits

Parts of this site are illustrated with decorative animated scenes. They are marked as decorative for screen readers, and we review them as the site evolves. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a checkbox.
