Development Capabilities

Power starts a site. Development decides it.

We lead a property all the way to the operator who takes it: the power, the town's approvals, the engineering and the construction. What could stop the project is weighed before we take the property on, and worked through after.

01 · How we develop

Four stages, each able to stall a project.

  1. Take on the property.

An industrial building or land with power within reach, bought outright or developed with its owner as a joint venture.

  2. Line up the power.

The electrical service in place, the service still planned, and the work and schedule that connect the two.

  3. Clear approvals, then build.

Zoning and permits worked through with the town, then engineering and construction by licensed firms.

  4. Hand it to an operator.

As land, as a standing building, or as a facility built to the operator's plan.

02 · What we weigh

The risks that stop a projectare seldom the obvious ones.

Power is the first thing anyone checks. Projects more often fail late, on what could have been seen early: an approval the town will not give, ground that will not carry the building, infrastructure that is not where it was said to be, economics that do not close. Our proprietary site intelligence and our developers weigh power, permitting, site conditions, infrastructure and project economics together, pursue the sites with a credible path through all five, and do the work that path requires.

We build with the towns we work in.

A project draws on a town's roads, water and grid, and it should leave the town better off: a broader tax base, local work and a stronger grid. We bring those questions to the town early, answer them in the open, and seek approval on terms the town sets.

03 · Who we are

Developers who learned the work in the field.

Experience across renewables, oil and gas, battery storage and nuclear, earned in plants and on projects before this company. That is why power, permitting and construction are worked as one problem from the first day.

04 · Work with us

What could stop your project? Ask us early.

Property owners, data center and energy operators, partners, towns and press: one form, and it reaches the person who handles it.
