Chad Dixon
Co-Founder & CEO
Chad Dixon is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Energy.LLC. A former plant operator, he has developed utility-scale generation and storage and carried it into operation. He leads the company's deals, capital and power.

Matthew Ciocci
Co-Founder & President
Matthew Ciocci is Co-Founder and President of Energy.LLC. He leads the development of the company's sites, the capital behind them and its relationships with the data center and energy operators who lease or buy them. He is based in Boston.
Before Energy.LLC he founded The DIY Solar Company, an installation business in solar, battery storage and generators, and served as its President from 2021 to 2025. His work has included environmental initiatives and regulatory collaboratives, and he is affiliated with more than 8,000 energy projects across residential, commercial and industrial work. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2018 to 2023.
