These terms cover use of energy.llc and any optional text-message notifications you choose to receive from us. By using this site or opting in to our messages, you agree to what is written here.

Using this site

energy.llc is an informational site about our development work. We may update it at any time. Nothing on it is an offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice. If you send us information through a form, you confirm it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it.

SMS messaging terms

• Optional service. Text notifications from Energy.LLC are entirely voluntary and supplementary. You are never required to opt in to receive any service, response, or transaction from us. Choosing not to opt in changes nothing about how we work with you.
• How you opt in. You opt in only by your own action: texting our number first, or telling us in writing that you want text updates. We do not add anyone to messaging automatically.
• What we send. Occasional operational notifications: meeting reminders, project status updates, and time-sensitive alerts related to work you are already engaged in with us.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is typically low. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email matt@energy.llc.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. How we handle the rest of your information is described in our privacy policy.
