Matthew Ciocci
Co-Founder & President
Founded a solar and battery storage installation company and connected its projects to the power grid. He leads our development work, from power and permits to the data center and energy operators who lease or buy our sites.
The development path is familiar ground.
One founder began as a plant operator and has carried utility-scale generation and storage into operation. The other founded The DIY Solar Company, an installation business in solar, battery storage and generators, and led it as President from 2021 to 2025; he served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2018 to 2023.
