Partners
Build the sites with us.
We develop industrial land and buildings into sites with power that data center and energy operators lease or buy. Each site draws on capital, co-developers, engineers and contractors, the serving utility and the host town, and we bring each partner in where its work moves the site forward.
01 · Who it is for
We lead each site and choose its partners.
-
Capital partners
Fund sites with the risks named up front.
We bring selected sites to capital with the development path assessed and every open item, from power delivery to approvals, set out before we ask you to invest.
-
Co-developers
Share the sites and the work.
Bring a property of your own into development with us, or take a role on a site we are advancing. Ownership and economics follow what each party contributes. Land banks and property portfolios that hold former industrial and generating sites can develop them with us.
-
Builders and utilities
Build it and connect it.
Engineers and contractors join once the path is clear, so the drawings, the construction and the serving utility's connection work run to one schedule.
We build with the towns we work in.
A town is a partner with priorities of its own. We come before the plan hardens and set out what the project will ask of local roads, water and power, and what it will return in tax base and local work. Then we ask what the town needs and what it will not accept, and shape the project around the answers. Municipalities and economic development offices can read how we work with a host town and reach us through the form below.
02 · Work with us
Tell us who you are and where you work.
Your firm or your town, the kind of partner you are and the regions you work in. We reply, and when a site there needs what you do, we bring you in.
