Track Record & Team

The experience behind every site we take on.

Energy.LLC acquires industrial land and buildings, or develops them with their owners, and carries each one through power and permitting toward the data center and energy operators who lease or buy them. Our developers bring experience across renewables, oil and gas, battery storage and nuclear.

03 · Work with us

Bring the team a property or a requirement.
